Not Sure why such feedback. I have different view. If you are in need of emergency dental care and call this practice, they will accommodate you on the same day. If you need NHS appointment and call this practice, they will accommodate you. If you just walk in and request to see a dentist, they will accommodate you.
I have seen the practice being busy and the whole staff working hectically to take care of patients.
If you are on Dentist chair and even if you have 15 minutes appointment and in reality need more time, they will not just ask you to come next time but do all that is necessary to make you comfortable. This could result ion other patients waiting longer.
Although the practice is in an old building and the set up is not like any private surgery, the care they provide and the services they offer is second to none. |

I have used this dentist for over 25 years, seen many changes, overall very satisfied all round. Timekeeping could improve, but once your in, the workmanship is very good, not to mention names, but I always see the upstairs young lady. THANK YOU , Steve |

Sadly I was left leaving the dentist in extreme pain, wasn’t numbed at all throughout my filling services. To which one was extremely Deep and once I suggested that the drilling of the tooth before hand was painful, I was told that it shouldn’t hurt. What kind of response is that? I should have been number regardless. Nevertheless my main concern is that I clearly didn’t receive the right treatment as I’ve left in more pain in multiple teeth, that didn’t hurt in the first place. |
