As a new patient , my experience was appalling. No return calls, calling in for appointments and staff not knowing what was happening, missing areas of decay on teeth on a full checkup, almost impossible to get through on phone - just a handful of the issues. In the end, my monies and credit agreement were refunded / cancelled and I sought excellent treatment elsewhere. I now am receiving communication to say I have missed an appointment! It’s now 10:55 and I’ve been trying all morning for someone to answer the phone, as yet, no joy. |

I had a great experience with the dentist, she was very nice and calm. Being a little nervous myself she helped through the appointments to make me feel at ease at all times and understood I was nervous. |

Like one of the other comments, I too found that my £20 check up was a very brief glance in my mouth and being told my oral hygiene regime was good.
I am pleased to say that I have not had any dental problems but I had read one of the information leaflets in the waiting room which stated that my £20 should get me a thorough check-up and a scrape and polish if necessary. In the past, before moving to Bognor, that is what I have received as a minimum. I was therefore rather disappointed to receive practically nothing, which certainly was not wroth £20.
I do not know if this is just the specific dentist or whether it is practice policy to give so little but either way, I feel I would be better served elsewhere and do not feel inclined to waste another £20 here.
I am also surprised that BUPA would allow their name to be associated with such a lack of care. |
