after an hour drive whilst in sever pain, I had finally arrived BUPA Dental Care 17 London Road Guildford. My appointment had been booked in for 3:15, however, there was no appointment, and it was made very crystal clear they were not expecting me. After 30 minutes of team-members talking about my case, I got told that a nurse had agreed to see me. The nurse told me to open my mouth, then taped the sore tooth, told me that I could have an infection. No X-RAY or another form of investigation was offered. I asked about a temporary filling only to be told that the best she can do is a prescription. I questioned the medication only for the nurse to snap at me in a abrupt manner asking do you want the medication or "NOT?" I mentioned that I had to drive for more than a hour to get here as well as paying them their fees for an emergency appointment booked by 111. The nurse said the fees cover only a 15 consultation not treatment. I asked a few more questions and got ignored by the nurse, she treated me with contempt and made me feel unworthy of her time.
