Had 8 teeth out under conscious sedation Didn’t feel comfortable in the place Was left waiting 40 mins later than my appt after being told to arrive early which I did. The dentist that did my procedure was100% miserable and made me feel like a number and not a person I found his manner very abrupt and rude with no comforting words or reassurance before my procedure.. the nurse was in there but behind me so again no sight of her and no kind words. It was a tiny horrible room. Was shocked that the dentist didn’t wear gloves whilst looking in my mouth and again was shocked when he used a blue glove tied tightly on my wrist instead of a normal strap to bring my vein up. Hated the whole experience from start to finish. Thank god I never have to go back there. On top of all that I had immediate dentures to be put in straight away and they refused. My sister in law was with me and was shocked also. Apparently bless her she held a mirror and I put them in myself. As that’s what they were for. I told them I’d need antibiotics as I’m prone to infection but they refused to give me antibiotics or pain killers after 8 teeth removed. No care no chair side manner or people skills. Hideous place. *Update* I’ve now got 2 infections and I’m not surprised. I’m now in unnecessary pain Never been treated so badly. We were not told what they had done eg if any of problem extraction or cuts to the gums to remove…. Nothing. No care or compassion in the place. The only nice person was the bubbly friendly receptionist with the pony tail. Don’t ever go here for sedation

First sedation appointment the drugs didn’t work on my child, he was crying and the dentist come and got me to sit with him to be able to do the treatment. She didn’t do the treatment as he was too upset, he was extremely drugged and could not talk or walk, we had to wait 45 minutes for him to come too just to get him to the car. Dentist said we needed an anhesitist. We booked another appointment which was 8 weeks later, to be told it had to be cancelled a week later, next appointment was 4 weeks after that. Received a phone call 2 hours before appointment, told it had to be cancelled due to equipment failure. Had another weeks wait and finally got to see the dentist. They were running about 25 minutes behind. Exact same thing happened! They gave my child the drugs (same ones I believe) and were suprised it didn’t work…. They bundled us out the back door. I thought they would know to pump the drugs into him and control it by keeping a line in. Really not happy with them as the dentist knew how my child reacted first time, so why would she let him go through it again. I would never go back
