Have been a patient for several years and always had excellent treatment. The dentist knows me personally and the receptionist, always addresses me by name.
Had trouble with a very deep filling, but the dentist did everything to try to save the tooth. The filling was a little high causing pain from the tricky filling, but was able to get in quickly and the problem was rectified right away.
Highly recommended. Lucky to have this dentist surgery on the NHS. tried to get an emergency appointment and they do not do these despite me being in a lot of pain. I had to wait for 6 weeks for an appointment which was just too long. In the meantime I had an emergency appointment at another surgery who were amazingly helpful and understanding. I will be in future continuing to use them as they offer emergency appointments and a really good service. I have always had exceptional service at this dentist, and I have been to lots. As a very fearful patient in the past, this practice has made a huge difference. Fabulous receptionist and fabulous dentist. |
