Took my daughter to this practice after she lost 2 teeth in an accident at age 13. She has since been referred to dental hospital as the work done by this practice was of poor quality and will need to be re-done. The practice failed to notice at a follow up that one of her teeth was disintegrating and she suffered a lot of pain and two subsequent root canal treatments as a result. On top of that, they have cancelled numerous appointments due to lack of staff. Very very poor.

I've been with the practice for a few years, there is quite a big turn over of dentists, having said that they have all been professional and seem perfectly fine imo. The problem is with the new dental hygienist they have, I think she is either in training or just not very good. I go to the hygienist every 6 months for the past 20 years? This was/is the worst experience I have ever had. I'm writing this review 24hrs after a scale and polish and my mouth is still really sore. There was blood everywhere, after the treatment I wasnt offered a mirror? I thought it a little strange, but when i went in to the bathroom I understood why. So many cuts inside my mouth, looked liked shed just gone trough the gum to get to any plaque. I did pay for the treatment and I'm sat here in a little pain regretting that decision
