Nov 29 2022 I have been a patient here for 20 years and found the staff and the dentists excellent from first contact. Treatment decisions are thoroughly talked through and staff are considerate of anxious patients. Recently their care of a vulnerable child was outstanding , everybody really went an extra mile to help the child. Thank you Coronation Road Dental Surgery!

Oct 1 2019 Poor system regarding mandatory appointment bookings and black marks for non attendance to auto generated booking SMS messages. Unhelpful staff. Unclear information. Very upset to be refused a booking after attending the practice for 10 years.

We never like to hear when a patient is unhappy with the service that we provide. It is always very difficult to comment when someone makes a complaint anonymously as each individual patient has a different attendance history. We offer many ways for patients to receive their reminders. Some choose to make them 6 months in advance therefore ensuring specific dates and times, we offer text reminders for all appointments or reminder phone calls. NHS appointments are precious and when patients continually fail to attend or cancel at very short notice we have to draw a line at refuse to keep re-booking.Coronation Road Dental SurgeryBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Aug 28 2019 I have been with this dental surgury for appr0x. 40 yrs, I have had the same dentist for 30 years and also my sons. It is like visiting a family member, He has been through quite a bit with my family, especially my son. He is always pleased to see you and concerned about yr well beiong as well as giving you the best treatment he can, often helping out in difficult times.I will be devestated when he retires. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly, they even give my partner extra phone calls and messages to ensure he knows when to attend his appointment.
