Came here as new patient Staff don’t seem to know what’s going on ? Tried charging for things i never even had done Always late can never get through on phone Long waits for treatment Not impressed with my treatment either ??

No problems with the dentist themselves, professional and the practice however has extremely poor service. My family Inc 2 children have had multiple cancellations at the very last minute and with no explanation. Just a text msg that it's cancelled. Family check up has been cancelled 3 times now. I fully suspect that this is because we are registered NHS and are treated poorly because they don't make as much profit from you.

Appointments are continually being abruptly cancelled. It is very difficult to make contact with the surgery as the phones are not answered. Paying a lot of money every month does not get good service from reception.
