Terrible experience, absolutely no communication, no hello's, just sit down and wait. Was a referral from my own dentist, dentist was unfriendly, no conversation at all, was quite brutal in his attitude and his work. Never experienced anything like it before, was like being in an alien country, no compassion, no hello's goodbye, and Rush rush rush, never again.

For a five-year-old with an abscess in the gum, the dentist failed to take any action in any of the three visits. Referral was made after first visit, which came back to them but they failed to do anything with it we called back to enquire. It was refered again to a hospital. The dentist, not only failed to provide relief, also could did not provide any antibiotics while the abscess in the gum was painful and growing. We had to go to out of hours dental treatment who immediately drained the abscess and prescribed antibiotics. The dentist was also very indecisive to suggest which type of treatment will be suitable and always resorted to a path that ended up no action to be taken. For instance, he asked us if we want to drain the abscess or not and when we said yes, drain it, he retracted and said there's no need as it will get normal by itself over time. He didn't prescribe any medication and left the infection inside the gum. Our only sane option now is to change the dentist.
