I have been going to these dentists for longer that I temper All were very horrible to me one even drilled a hole on a perfect tooth One did not know how to operate the x ray machine The thing was digging into my gums as he tried to take a picture while the machine was off The assistant showed him what the matter was L When I complained about the pain he sarcastically said pain is good I tell you today I went back out of desperation Dentist Mr. RED and assistant Heather, were the most amazing pair I have ever met and I mean it Mr. REDkept asking if I was ok and you could see the concern in hi face He is kind and not racist Try him and you will not be disappointed The surgery is very Covid compliant Notification to sanitise hand before touch screen machine is attached it unlike in banks, supermarkets and shops where they don’t do much for all round safety The receptionist was good too I visited today 02/07/2021 At 1230 |

Dental Hygienist I had an appointment on 14/05/2021 at My Dentist Werrington with their Dental Hygienist, Laura Bartlett. I specifically requested a Perio, which is a deep clean, and was charged accordingly for this. Laura damaged my gums at the roof of my mouth behind my front teeth. Also, she did not remove limescale or plaque build-up on parts of my teeth and claimed I need more sessions, when in fact she did not even touch those areas. I know this because I was mindful of what she was doing, and I was able to gently scrape some limescale/plaque on a back tooth with a wooden toothpick when I got home, in seconds! I have photos to prove both these claims. Their last hygienist cleaned my teeth after over a year and a half since my last clean-up, doing a good job, no drama and no problems, she was so proud of her work she asked her colleague for a mirror to show me. Laura did not offer me a mirror, and when I asked for one she told me she did warn me it will take more than one session. She specifically did not touch certain teeth. She was doing her job intentionally or unintentionally badly. This is an appointment I clearly asked and paid for it to be a deep clean, Perio, and my teeth were in a much better situation, it had only been 6 months since last clean-up this time. She left some sharp edges on my teeth so am worried of any other damage she may have done. I do not think she was genuine, and I would never trust her with my teeth again. |
