The good: I called to make an appointment thinking I would have to wait several weeks. But, unlike the other dentists in the area, I was able to get right in for my consultation. The office seams to either be completely new and has a very small number of patients, or just does not have very many clients. The bad: Dr. Gilani is rough, and speaks with a strong accent. He got very offended when I asked him to repeat his questions. I came in for a simple cavity needing to be repaired, and was told that I needed thousands more in dental work done. I asked if there was any way to get a discount for having it all done at the same time. Was told all cash payments decreased the total amount due... something to do with credit card fees. I felt uncomfortable and left. I went to a more reputable dentist in the area and got just the work done that I needed. It was worth waiting two weeks for a good dentists than going with the one with a wide open schedule. |

He is a very good dentist, he is one of the best since I’ve been going to numerous practises but this one has been the best of all. Dr Gilani is very experienced and professional. I would recommend him. |

I was waiting in reception area with my nephew (who is not yet 1 years of age), he was touching a plaque on the wall, I was supervising to ensure he is ok. Dr. Gilani was sitting at reception and in a very rude tone said “be careful with that”, then he had the audacity to roll his face and sneer at me. The experience bothered me so much, I got home and it was bothering me so I called and found out about complaint procedure. The response was that the dentist was supposedly concerned about my nephew well being, I got the feeling it was more worry about the plaque breaking. I was not happy that my crux of my complaint was missed entirely, no one has the right to speak to another in such a disrespectful manner, especially a professional to a client, it’s just not on. |
