Service was worst. I got an root canal appointment yesterday at 9.00am. I reached hospital at 9.00am and there was a busy parking in hospital parking and I went to reception and there was a queue. When the time I spoke to receptionist it was 9.10am. Receptionist said my 1.30hr appointment was canceled because of 10 mins late. And doctor took some other patient. Which is brutal. I don’t think it’s my fault. Within 10 mins how could they canceled my appointment without notifying me. I was waiting for this appointment almost 20 days. And they rescheduled my appointment after 15 days. Why I want to wait for another 15 days. I was waiting for long time on previous appointments. They used to say doctor looking after other patients and getting delay I need to wait. If it a time matters then same importance should be given for all case. Very worst service. And answer was brutal. |

Had been to the surgery numerous times only to be told each appointment to come back because they have no time to do the procedure that needed doing. I finally had a root canal done that failed and then caused me agony, after weeks of waiting for a appointment I got one to get the rest of work needed doing in my mouthi then got there only for them to tell me I need to come back AGAIN because they are running behind and don't have time. Shereef Patel was who seen me, he was so rude and unsympathetic. Had e very cocky attitude and was making excuses why he can't do it and evan bringing up the fact I had missed previous appointments in the past completely deflecting from the situation. Avoid this surgery at all costs!!! |
