I was told to call here by 111 as I was in extreme pain, with an infected tooth.
The member of staff basically told me in a rude and unhelpful manner how 111 were wrong to tell me to contact them and made it seem that I was my fault and I was wasting her time by calling and it was for me to sort myself out.
She was arrogant, condescending, self opinionated and extremely unprofessional. I asked to speak with her practice Manager to be told that she was the Reception Manager (what ever that is) and I could not speak with anyone else.
Very rude and unhelpful, and the last thing you need when you’re in pain.
She should not be in this role in any shape or form. She considers herself to be way above her pay packet, and made my Friday 13th, exactly that. I hope I never have to deal with someone so rude again. |

I found it to be an amazing service.
My 13 year old had been up all night with toothache. I called the Sunday morning and was told the Triage nurse would call me back.
Within half an hour she had called, I explained my daughter had been up all night with toothache and paracetamol and ibuprofen wasn’t touching her.
The Nurse booked an appointment for 1pm that day.
My daughter was extremely nervous but the dentist explained everything to her and took his time. She needed X-rays and a temporary filling so an injection was needed.
The Dentist was one of the best we had ever seen and the nurse was amazing too, both constantly reassured my daughter throughout . The nurse even held my daughters hand.
Couldn’t recommend this service enough, fantastic!!

- Rude and patronising receptionist
- Receptionist hung up on us so we had to ring back
- Made to feel stupid for ringing them and asking for help
- Did not care at all about the pain I was in or reason for phone call
