Very supportive , respectful and understanding receptionists, who would address my concerns and would go far and beyond to accommodate my requirements . Easy to book or reschedule an appointment when needed. Very pleased with the care I received by my dentist. I have been able to have a same day emergency treatment. The place is not luxurious, but it gives and exceptional care and service.
The only thing I was not impressed with was the tone of the following up letters when you are a bit late with booking a follow up appointment. |

.I had an appointment at My dentist for which I was getting 5 to 7 minutes call the receptionist she said now hygienist would not see you, I request her very politely but she said you need to rebook. I called again she spoke to me in very rude tone, upsetting and offending behaviour and to top of it she hangs the phone saying you need to come here speak to member of staff.I felt harassed by her behaviour and why I reached practice and she said she was doing her job. I am very upset by the behaviour of the practice.Also was not even willing to speall her name spelling and said she would call the manager, very upsetting. she was not able to understand my slang of English and did not have the patience to listen patiently to what I was saying. Very very satisfied with the treatment and care that i received today. The staff are very friendly, i would definitely recommend my family and friends.
