Attended for day surgery with overnight stay. The facilities at Fulwood Hall Hospital are superb and very relaxed. The entire experience was faultless, from the pre operative appointment with the surgeon, the admission process, the operation itself, through to the monitoring and aftercare during the night. I am very grateful for the dedication and professionalism of all the staff involved. I send my best wishes and thanks to everyone and wish the surgeon a long and happy retirement.

Having reached the age of 63 and having never visited a hospital I was a little nervous however, upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who reassured me and looked after me completely. The surgeons, nurses, physios and all domestic staff were kind and totally professional. The food was excellent and all staff had a smile for you.I cannot thank them enough for all their efforts. I hope that when it’s time for my other knee to be replaced I can go back here for the treatment. Attended for day surgery Cheilectomy on 20/07/2022 at Fulwood Hall Hospital Preston, all hospital staff from the moment I entered were welcoming, pleasant and professional. Nurse team that cared for me were extremely reassuring, caring and professional throughout. Nurse and HCA who specifically saw to me along with the recovery team provided excellent level of care support and guidance throughout. The on day patient care pre and post op was calm, reassuring with very regular observations post op. Pre op, the anesthetist provided details of his role and pain management throughout the procedure. Consultant clearly explained the procedure, and recovery process during various assessments.
