I am due to have an operation with this hospital. I have rung multiple times to try and get a pre-operative assessment. They fail to respond. If they can't manage to do the pre-op work I dread to think what they're like if I ever got over the threshold. No care, no professional, avoid.

My hip surgery was a great success The staff were very attentive and the surgeon did a good job.

I had a great spinal surgeon and all the staff involved in clinical care were great. however, the administration is dreadful. the hospital regularly seems to discharge NHS patients and even when you prove that they have made a mistake, they refuse to put their errors right
