The telephone receptionists and business office were unhelpful and indifferent when we were trying to arrange payment for a friend for a preplanned procedure. My husband rang early the same morning to make sure they were certain that payment would be made as soon as asked .Their lack of care and coordination resulted in our friend being needlessly embarrassed and distressed before her operation.It would be good to know that the Chaucer has some duty of care to its patients welfare and is not just a private care business.4th Jan 2021

My wife had a surgical procedure here (as a NHS patient) on the 4th Sept 2020, she can’t praise the Consultant and Staff highly enough for the way she was treated, thank you all. I would also especially like to thank the kind receptionist for her regard for my wellbeing (fusspot that I am, I couldn’t wait at home so waited in the car-park for many hours). I’m sorry I didn’t get her name … she must have found me an unmitigated nuisance, thank you again.
