A dangerous place to be. Totally unprofessional, inept and extremely incompetent on so many levels. Avoid at all costs if you value your life and survival.

Complaint still in process. Personal data (medical test results) sent to someone else in error. Slow to deal with complaints. Aggressive responses to complaints Lack of empathy. Inability to apologise. SAR request not returned within prescribed guidelines. Some genuine lovely staff who work there, unfortunately this does not override the lack of aftercare received, poor administration and the way in which complaints are dealt with. Would recommend that Spire Methley Park is the last resort only.

I can not fault my surgery I felt nothing what I can complain about is my after care post surgery the hospital staff were fab but I was badly let down after I was sent home I had my op in Oct 2018 and I am in my 5th week of recovery I am In Agony 24 hrs a day with no help I have rung the hospital for help many times last week I passed out and felt so very ill so I rang the hospital to b told by a nurse that she thought I had a bit of flue coming on and if I didnt feel any better I had to take myself off to well women clinic and get checked out bearing in mind I am a 66 year old dissabled lady with no transport and the clinic is 2-3 miles away my scar is hot and very sore I feel crap and in pain

We are very sorry to hear that you are still in pain and feel let down by the hospital. Usual practice is that all patients who contact the hospital post-operatively are invited back to the hospital to be seen by a nurse and/or the resident medical officer.
