Spire Clare Park Hospital

I stayed here 4 years ago and couldnt praise it enough. But boy, has it gone downhill. have had two surgeries in the last year, first time there were issues, this time it has been appalling. Sat in room after arriving for 2 hours, without seeing a nurse to check me in. Then all rushed as theatre were ready for me. Nurse rude and Insulting. Day of surgery was made to feel very stressed and ended up very upset. Thank goodness for the lovely night nurse who was so comforting and supportive. Pity the rest of the staff werent like that. I would not recommend this hopotal at all, after 2 awful stays here.

I had a hip replacement and the experience was amazing the care and kindness of the staff was wonderful my room was very comfortable and food beautiful Obviously it wasnt a nice experience but everyone involved in my care made it as pleasant as it could be It was so lovely that my husband was able to stay with me most of the time such a comfort I cant recommend Clare Park and the staff highly enough A massive thank you

I spent from Friday17th August to Monday 20th August in Spire Clare Park Hospial, Farnham, for a Double Hernia repair and cannot praise highly enough the service I recived.From the consultant down to the theatre porter the treatment was faultless,I was given superb care, repect and compassion. During my stay I had slight complications that necessitated a noise gastro tube procedure to be given which is difficult for the nurses and painful for the patient,this was carried out by the doctor and nurses, the skill and care in the way this was done was outstanding and although painful it was made easier by their skill in doing the procedure and at the same time ensuring the I was kept calm and informed of how things were progressing. All staff were caring and I would like to thank them all.
