I have never in my life been spoken to with such disrespect as the consultant here spoke to me. The consultant was incredibly rude to me, made snide comments about my weight (I have a bmi of 24 which is the highest it has ever been due to me no longer being mobile, I have never medically been classed as overweight but according to this doctor I am morbidly obese) I have spent a month now phoning the hospital to try and get a write up of my scan results which I desperately need. I have been lied to every day being told to come this afternoon it will be here, come this afternoon it will be here, come this afternoon it will be here but it never is. They havent sent my gp any information about my condition so the doctor cant help me. I was told &there are at least 20 different problems with your knees I dont have time to explain what they are as I have other patients waiting and Im running late& the consultant told me there was nothing they can do and I just need to accept it and get over it. As I tried to ask questions about my condition the consultant got up and held the door open and told me to go cause the consultant doesnt have time to answer my questions. I have been left not being able to walk, drive or even stand to cook my child his dinner. My gp cant help me until the Nuffield releases my information which they will not do and everyone I speak to says it should have been done and passes the blame onto someone else. This hospital has caused me so much distress. It is absolutely disgusting the way I have been treated the past few weeks. I would avoid going here at all costs.

Today got an appointment to check with my respiratory for my cold and cough for past 2 months, the doctor taken all my previous documents read and noted and charged me £200 without doing any test and any thing , they said refer to NHS for checkup, as I got waiting in NHS went for private appointment disappointed they charged me because I am working in IT, waste of time and waste of money.... Really disappointed never recommended to anyone again and I will not go again.>
