I had an operation on my elbow which necessated an overnight stay. Every single member of staff I met from reception onwards were extremely helpful and informative. I had multiple visits before the operation from the surgeon, anesthetist, physiotherapist , pharmacist and various ward nurses all of whom were extremely professional. As this was my first time in hospital they helped massively to alleviate any fears . Room was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent.

Today I arrived at reception in trepidation having read the reviews- the receptionist was helpfully efficient and smiling, My Specialist the same but I needed tests. That was a big problem as I had travelled 70 miles and expected any tests would be done the same day. My specialist was sympathetic, made a note on my sheet suggested I take it to the Urology department and they might be able fit me in. This was obviously outside of normal procedure but resolved within three minutes and with all tests carried out, I was back in my car within thirty minutes a very satisfied customer. Thank You to all concerned for making a problem easy to solve.
