Worked here for nearly a year and the first few months was amazing but after that I had Nout but trouble being bullied by other care staff and team leaders and supervisors was horrible I worked my ass off to b told I’m lazy disrespectful and don’t do my job was shocking I Neva had days or nights off even when I tried they all got denied I went from nights to days in every day neva a day off even on days off I would have a phone call I would drop every thin and go in the way the supervisor talks to the residents is shocking even to the team leaders they have no respect for any 1 I put an incident report in I got asked was I lying what kind of manager asks that but to make out I’m lying about things is disrespectful making me feel like a child and having no respect and to say I take family problems to work that I have never Eva done they say they r there for u in no matter what that’s a lie I found tha out ova a week ago nt 1 person come to ask me how I felt or if I’m ok but there we r wha can u say none of the managers got time for u if they don’t like the look of u that’s it they make ur time there miserable as they did mine
