Jul 28 2019 Our sister has been in this home for a while now and it has had a lot of problems. A lot of the care and nursing staff is Agency workers which has been like this for a long time. They are competent. But the managers are incompetent and they are never here after 5.30 of an evening or all weekend. The times we can get in to see our sister in the week there is nobody from so called management available, either away or at "meetings". Also there is just no information of communication from this home's management at all. All information comes from an Agency Nurse.

Jul 12 2019 The face to face staff are of good quality but almost 80% of these staff are Agency workers, which is bit worrying, and it's been like that for over a year. I go to see my Mum at the weekends and there just is never any Management staff on duty ever. I have commented but there is no interest and to be frank the management is pretty poor anyway. But the care is good so I put up with it. Any information comes from staff never from management. You can draw your own conclusions.
