Dec 29 2017 This was on first viewing a superb home, not so once in residence a few of the staff do try but the majority are ignorant in all aspects of care and while it may offer basic very basic care but no way are the majority of staff understand the needs of complex or terminally ill folk who need help not when the staff decides to answer the assistance system and trusting with medication is less than basic care, all in all a beautifully fitted out complex but nothing here is about care or careing You have to have trust and faith in those who take on care for vulnerable people during our stay we witnessed neither ,the management need to respect its customers and engage staff who have proven ability in care in the uk
