Aug 15 2022 Got offered a job here on the day of my interview. Went for my first shadow shift multiple staff commented on how well I worked. Next shift was on Friday spoke to a manager during the day about my new uniform everything was fine. By the evening I got a call saying I’m no longer required and not to come in for my shift! 2 hours before starting. Didn’t even give me a reason after I asked many times. Then seen staff around locally and mangers told staff I said I didn’t like the role when I never said that. So not only didn’t give a reason to me now spreading lies about what happened. Then got a letter in post saying Thankyou for the meeting when I didn’t even get a meeting! Just a blunt phone call with no explanation, when I’ve got a home to run kids to feed and bills to pay! Not only this but I paid £59 for a DBS that I didn’t even need! They told me I needed it right away so I paid for it when I couldn’t afford it at that time. They told me they would refund me and didn’t! Then said they can’t because I signed some paper work. Regardless of that I just paid out for something I didn’t need I wonder how many people they do this too? They should have stuck by the word and email when they stated I would get a refund. Absolutely awful place to work wouldn’t recommend at all.

Sep 19 2018 Although 90% of the Carers care the dedicated ones who give their all are run off their feet there is not enough staff for a fully functioning home it’s impossible to give each individual resident their time they are very good but the owners need to employ more staff they seem reluctant to spend money on such a very important necessity

My Mum has been really taken care of and I can't thank all the staff enough??. I would not hesitate to put my mum in this Care home again. All the staff were very caring and the home is kept so clean. My mum had a lovely room with en-suite bathroom and all family and friends are welcome to visit and made welcome.
