Apr 10 2019 Disgusting staff speak to you like dirt my nana only been in there over a week she is terminally ill with cancer and shes been given weeks/months to live and the home think they can play God of who can go see her they have dtopped all her grandkids from seeing her not professional in any way shape or form!! Shes doesn't get the care she is suppose to get she doesn't get drinks regularly which I was there other week before stopped us and walked past her room with tea trolley! Shes ment to be repositioned every 2 hours at least due to her sores been occasions where family have been there for hours and they haven't approached to reposition!! DO NOT PUT YOUR RELATIVE IN HERE DISGUSTING HOME

There are some care staff caring and committed to their role and others not so good. I would seriously read the cqc report on this home. It fails in every category. I would also think twice before putting my family member in this home.
