Mar 22 2023 My aunt was staying here earlier this year. Care staff not enough, always run of their feet. Some fantastic rest had attitudes.Cleaning staff need to learn how to clean before they clean that home. My aunts room was fithly. Manager well what manager is was never in the office or couldn't get hold of him always out in the back using his vape with another male staff member. Both walking around like they had chips on their shoulders. Never had time to speak to my mum when she wanted to have a chat with him. She asked numerous times for his managers contact details and he wouldn't give them to her. .My aunt needed to see her doctor and they didn't get one until 5 days later then she had to go to hospital in an ambulance. Wouldnt leave a dog in that place. Stay clear!!!!

By: Wendy Rating:.. Jan 16 2018 Care staff are fantastic, they look after residents like they are their own family but more senior staff are appalling and the huger you go the worst they get! Residents also being filmed without knowledge of what the footage was for!! High turn over of staff and not enough staff to resident ratio.

Jan 9 2018 My father came here for respite between November 2017 and December 2017. I found the staff very helpful and reliable. They did activities with dad on a more personal level as that's how he preferred it so the staff would play domino with him. They had the children coming in over Christmas to sing carols and had plenty of entertainment on with acts coming in on different days and buffets which we really enjoyed The home is very homely and the management and staff could not do enough to help us through this time. The home is modern and clean. They looked after my dad like he was their own. I would recommend this home.
