May 25 2018 when I first moved my father into Orchard gardens care home we were sold a 5 star package and on the face of it everything was perfect. Sadly the staff turnover has been very high although this now seems to be settling down.The quality of the food is akin to school dinners , plates are often cold and in the words of the Area manager "the food didnt look very appetising it tasted ok though" i understand the budget is £4 per person per day, considering the fees are £5250 pcm I think this is an insult,. Elderly people dont have a lot to look forward to and meal times should be the highlight of the day
