Mar 19 2018 Mum has only been at Thurncourt for a couple of weeks but I found the staff caring, helpful, and professional. the manager/s have time to speak to worried relatives and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Meals are cooked from scratch and are varied and balanced. Some of the rooms are a bit on the small side but there are ample day rooms and lounges for the residents to watch TV or natter or just snooze. Its not the building, the bricks and mortar that count, its the attitude of the staff and the care they give. From what I have seen over the last few weeks its hats off to the staff. Maybe another member of staff at weekends ? Mick
