Jan 13 2016 This is not a good nursing home. The services I have experienced with my Grandmother is a lack of care for her basic needs such as basic hygiene, feeding, keeping her warm even dressing her properly. Although continually these issues are raised with staff and management, nothing seems to change. It saddens me that nursing homes like this one exist.

Jul 19 2015 My Mother Elsie lives in Latimer Court in Darwin Avenue, Worcester. where she receives 100% care, the staff ensure that my Mother is happy and is given the best attention for all her health needs...she wants for nothing !!!! We are a big family and often visit Mum in Latimer Court and we always come away saying to each other.....'when can we book our room' It is more like a luxury hotel than a Care Home As visitors we are always greeted with a warm Welcome ! and in the reception area there is an area where we can make tea or coffee and help ourselves to a slice of delicious cake made by the staff. The home is set in a peaceful area with beautiful gardens and the Worcester Hospital is close by On behalf of Mum's big family, may I take this opportunity of sending grateful thanks to the staff for making my Mother comfortable and happy. My Mum will be 99 this year, so she does need that little bit of extra care which you all never fail to give. Thank you Latimer Court regards Jacquei
