Jan 25 2023 I visited a friend at 11.30am to find her still in nightclothes and not offered any help to get dressed. I assisted her to dress. She also mentioned she’d had no breakfast. Her bed was in complete disarray, the mattress not covered and tissues everywhere.I came away feeling disturbed and worried about her care.
