My wife was transferred from Sandwell Hospital to Dovedale Court but unfortunately was only able to spend six days in the home before passing away.During her day she was treated with excellent care making sure she was comfortable. The family were treated with utmost kindness making sure we were provided with food and drink. We were allowed to visit at any time which we appreciated. |

Again I need to say how good this care home and ALL the staff are.It was arranged for me to have a short visit with my elderly friend who is not very well and to boost her up. It was explained to me that I would have to be tested for covid and to wear PPE. I arrived at the time stated, I filled my forms in, had my lateral flow test, waited in my car then was contacted to tell me it was negative and I was allowed back in. I was then given all the PPE to wear and was escorted to see my friend. This was executed with courtesy and professionalism by everyone, and proves how good they are at their job. With everything they have had to cope with this pandemic they are all brilliant and have kept the residents safe and well cared for. |
