The condition we regularly found our nan in was unacceptable, dirty, unkept and often just covered up the stains and dirt instead of actually cleaning them. she has had numerous falls, infections and injuries in this home, some of which can of course be attributed to her illness, others there are grey areas around. These complaints have been sent and dealt with by the care home and also the M.D. of minister care group so I would just recommend people visit the home. The back Garden and patio area are disgusting and haven’t been suitable for some time for residents, the indoor area is relatively clean but as stated in the recent inspection from March states, although there is a good training plan in place for show, it is not being implemented as it should! Very similar to the detailed care plans they will draw up for your loved ones. If you’re going to pay large amounts of money for your family to be cared for, make sure it’s not one where you will have to remove them again like we have from this one.
