Feb 2 2024 My parents have been at Neem Tree for a year now and they seem happy with it. They have resources for Indian people here so having these choices of prayer and cuisine to suit them works well compared to the average care home. It is worth considering if you do have old Indian parents. It is located in Greenford so not so far away from urban areas.

May 21 2013 The furniture and decoration is nice and homely. The bedrooms, en-suites and other facilities are clean. The staff are friendly however they need to build more rapport with the residents by conversing more. Some residents are just left sitting on their own as the health care staff are also in the kitchen at lunch and dinner cleaning. Need to employ separate staff to do this so the health care staff can spend more quality time with residents. Overall: Lovely home but need better/more staff.
