Mar 15 2016 Most of the staff appear unmotivated and uncaring Hygiene is of a very low standard The food (which my mother sampled when visiting my gran) is unappetising - her chicken appeared to have come out of a can! The manager was unresponsive and refused to give us transparent and straightforward answers regarding our questions and concerns about my gran's care The only positive is the riverside location - it's just a shame that staff didn't have the time or inclination to take my gran downstairs into the grounds, the only time she left the first floor was for a hospital appointment or when her family visited her

Mar 11 2015 I wanted to have 'half way' care before my wife and I were ready for me to be at home after a major brain operation to remove a tumour. The staff were wonderful in every way. The catering was healthy and good quality. The atmosphere in the home gave confidence. The building is modern and well designed. I went on outings locally in the home bus. Although it was quite pricy there were no 'extras' at all including hair dressing.
