May 12 2024 What an absolute disgrace this home is I've read reviews from preveuse family members may 2024 nothing has change it is falling a part on keveton and becks ward. So instead of looking after patients they decide to decorate the reception. While up stairs is falling apart there are no nice rooms at all. THE staff do every thing possible to make it bearable for residents when there is staff. This place needs closing down compleatly and start again The management need to go as causing all sorts of problems. For residents and staff. IT would not be a place I would want to be put in So glad my family member is out of there Been moved to a place that is out of this world. 6

They have given my Grandad 28 days notice to leave as me & my family have complained about the service as all my Grandads items keep going missing from his room for example, Clothes, underwear, socks and even his pictures, my Grandma also had to clean out my Grandads wardrobe as one of the other patients had had a wee in there so one of the staff just handed my Grandma a cloth to wipe it up, the patients just walk around the ward all day/night & the care plan is hardly ever written in so we hardly ever know what my Grandad has been up to, I'm writing this as a warning to any families who are thinking of paying to put any relative in to Layden Court Please dont!!!!

Sep 4 2016 The Home is divided into several zones I am only familiar with Kiverton and Becks. The care and attention given to the residents is very good, the food with a couple of exceptions is well presented and of good quality with ample choice ad variation. All the residents have comfortable private rooms with a nice standard of furnishing. All in all I am very satisfied with the standard of care me wife is receiving. Well done to the staff on Kiverton and especially Becks
