Innova House CBIR

Innova House CBIR welcomes adults between 18 and 65 that require an expert brain injury rehabilitation service. This is a thirteen bed service with ensuite facilities and spacious bedrooms, three communal lounges, a spacious dining area, three bathrooms plus some en suite, a shower room and a rehabilitation kitchen.

Individuals that access this service are encouraged through ordinary life principles to engage in rehabilitation targets to enhance potential opportunity for future less dependent living. This is achieved by working closely with a team of specialist consultants, together with external professionals and a highly skilled and trained staff team.

Person centred planning is key to achieving a realistic and achievable progression route for the individual, where their needs and wishes are explored and promoted in a way that encompasses their best interests, risk probability and well-being. Above all, Innova House CBIR aims to achieve a homely and safe environment, where the individuals using the service are happy and comfortable, the staff are welcoming and hospitable and visitors are encouraged to visit their relatives / friends and any time that is suitable for their loved one.
