Sep 20 2023 My brother has been here almost a week we were both stressed and confused but the moment we walked in we felt welcome the AMAZING staff have been so supportive to my brother and myself they are always there for us I feel so grateful and feel yes they are now our family ????

May 2 2014 Each time we visit Clifton Manor we are impressed by the caring attitude of the staff who always treat the residents with respect and kindness. Although rushed off their feet at times, they try their utmost to attend to the residents' needs as soon as possible. The rooms are simply but adequately furnished with a good sized window. The furnishings in the home are a bit tired (hence the 4 star rating) but don't let that put you off. Activities are organised. My father-in-law has been in this home for about a year & has little to grumble about! I would recommend this care home.
