Mar 29 2017 Management was rude and rejecting because we would not inform them of the name of the potential new patient. The service was so bad that we will be lodging a formal complaint and informing the CQC and others

Sep 16 2014 My dad is in this nursing home and I would recommend it, the home is lovely and clean ,the staff are fantastic ,so caring and friendly and nothing is to much bother for them. I have visited a few homes but never one like this, the staff all work hard and always smiling and keeping the people they look after happy ,the food is lovely and the washing is taken every night and back again the next day ,laundered and put back in their rooms . If someone fancies a different meal they only need to ask and it is made for them , the manager ans staff are totally dedicated and I cant rate this care home less than 100%
