Ponteland Manor is an attractive, purpose-built care home in the heart of the attractive rural town of Ponteland in Northumberland. We provide nursing, residential and respite care for older people, including individuals with physical disabilities. We also offer supportive and sensitive end of life care.
Our experienced team spends lots of time getting to know each resident so that we can provide personalised care thats tailored to their unique needs, including activities that they will find fulfilling.
