Mar 11 2018 My step mother has been in the home for many years and the level of care looks to be good. HOWEVER, as I live abroad I can only contact them by email and phone. Despitte 2 emails to the manager of the home and an email to Newcentury care on their website there has been no response to some basic requests as to my mother-in-laws care. Nothing at all and I have checked the email addresses and they all look to be correct. It gives the impression that they are ignoring or losing emails at both the home and at the actual headquarters! Please reply to this problem as it is a clear worry for anyone thinking of using New Century Homes/ Kenwood. Regards, A very concerned relative
