Jul 18 2017 Its a wonderful place. The staff are so nice, helpful and friendly. My mum loves it here and she is very fussy trust me. The food is really good, nothing is too much trouble. Im am really happy that my mum is in here. There are always plenty of staff to help, its very clean, modern and worth a visit for yourself to see first hand what its like. Best place i have seen in the area.

Jun 27 2017 Our experience was not a good one. Residents are not encouraged enough to feed themselves and food and drinks are just left in front of them. residents being taken to hosp after having serious falls!! My nan was a resident here but she is now in a different care home.

Not enough encouragement to residents at meal times to help them feed themselves. Would not recommend this care home from personal experience with my mother in law who is now resident at another home and hopefully will be encouraged and won't have any serious falls.
