Church House

Church House is a transition home for 8 people between the ages of 18 and 65 with learning and physical disabilities. We support our residents to improve their life skills, promoting independence and helping them to move from their homes/residential care into supported living.

At Church House we support people to maintain lifestyles that are as similar as possible to those enjoyed at home. We provide a safe and supportive environment, ensuring that people are treated with dignity and respect while being supported to live as independently as possible.

We organise holidays, social evening events, and trips into the local community to car boot fairs, the beach and events in the local town of Lenham.& We also arrange for people to go to the gym, swimming and horse-riding. As much as possible, we endeavour to meet the individual&s requirements regarding their hobbies and interests.
