Lukestone Care Centre

Lukestone Care Centre is a partially purpose-built, residential Nursing Care Home situated in Maidstone Kent. The Home is located close to a regular train service to London and surrounding areas.

The safe and secure environment is &home& for its residents, all rooms have en-suite facilities and there are two shared rooms availble. Residents are always encouraged to remain active and pursue hobbies and interests – including art, gardening and reading, or even just making friends and reminiscing. For those residents who are able to participate, there are planned trips to local beauty spots, such as beaches and gardens. The activities co-ordinator always has a varied selection of personal and social activities available to suit everyone needs.

The Home likes to make full use of its garden facilities in the summer through different gardening projects. Lukestone strongly believe in the provision of peace, comfort, tranquility, personal care and dignity to every resident, providing quality care of the highest standard. Each resident has a named key worker who is responsible for the delivery of their person-centred care plan.
