Apr 6 2013 Awful treatment moved our mother after 1 month . No care culture at all on memory lane she was effectively neglected, rarely washed/changed or turned, dehydrated, not given pain relief appropriately, the notes incorrectly filled in to show constant care, but not given as witnessed by all visitors seeing no staff for hours+ on end. Mother moved asap, left with big weight loss, undiagnosed urine infection, no medication, sores on the skin, no medical info for new excellent home.
