A purpose built home to provide individual care for adults with a range of complex needs.

Ravensdale has been designed and purpose built to allow professionals to provide individualised care and support for adults with complex needs this can include mental health needs, neurological disorders, physical disabilities and behaviours that are challenging.

Regular individual assessments are undertaken to establish and ensure the appropriate level of nursing care and support is available. Care is delivered by a carefully chosen team of carers and suitably qualified nurses, including a life skills team and occupational therapist who use a personal approach to provide meaningful social activities and recreation.

By providing person centred, holistic care and support, they aim to meet psychological, physical and social needs enabling individuals to maximise their potential and quality of life.

Each of the two 10 bed units benefit from outstanding facilities and a dedicated staff team. There are spacious and fully accessible gardens and a fully adapted vehicle for residents to use.
