Feb 13 2019 Thank you so much to everyone at The Wolds, you are all amazing. You made a difficult time for our family go as well as it was possibly able to when our Mum was in your care for what was sadly, such a short space of time. Our Mum spent her last days in The Wolds. She had been in hospital and then went into The Wolds on end of life, palliative care. A difficult time for us but The Wolds understood this and knew not only how to care for Mum with respect and dignity but also looked after our family with attentiveness and compassion. This we are forever grateful for at such a sad and difficult time. The level of care is exceptional from every aspect at The Wolds, throughout all levels of staff. It is not as though anyone is just doing their jobs, it is as though this work comes naturally to them. High level of professional care in a pleasant, hotel like environment. The Wolds was recommended to us and we highly recommend this nursing home ourselves. Thank you.

Jul 26 2018 I spoke to a member of staff regarding my mum who has dementia. Asking if van try harder so my mum can be clean as she has sores. The member of staff replied if we get your mum to have a clean we will put the flags out. Disgusting and very unprofessional. They ask my mum if she wants a clean mum says no oh ok try you next week. When her partner picks mum up no handover with what shes been doing all they say is we asked her if she want bathing she said no will try her next week.

The management, nurses, carers, cleaners and administration staff were the most professional team of people I have come across in a care setting. The care my father received here was first class. The cost is a little higher than most care homes, but at the Wolds you definitely get the best care. My father deserved the best care and that is exactly what he got. A huge thank you to all involved.
