Maynell House

Based in Old Felixstowe, Maynell House provides a high standard of residential care. The House is a late Victorian listed building, formerly Felixstowe College, lovingly extended and refurbished to retain its original features, creating a superb home with a real difference. Inviting lounges allow our residents to relax or socialise in this wonderful environment. All the bedrooms offer en-suite facilities, television and telephone access. Whilst all rooms are fully furnished, we encourage residents to bring with them items of furniture and personal possessions so that their room can be a true ‘home from home’.

Maynell House is situated only a short distance from the town centre in a delightful residential part of Old Felixstowe, meaning shops and amenities are close at hand. Our residents are also welcome to enjoy two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, filled with mature trees and carefully tended lawns offering a variety of interesting surroundings and places to rest. The proximity of the nearby sea and cliffs also give residents the opportunity of a number of different short walks.
