Claremont Court Care Home

Claremont Court is a purpose built nursing home, in Guildford, Surrey, for up to 57 people who may have or may develop dementia.

Claremont Court specialist dementia care home is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those living with the illness. The specialist care home is managed by an experienced dementia care manager - supported by a highly-skilled team that undergoes ongoing accredited dementia care training.

The residential and nursing care home has many features specifically designed to maximise independence, as well as create a safe and secure haven. It is furnished throughout to an exceptionally high standard, providing, elegance and comfort in a warm and welcoming manner.

As dementia care specialists, we take the time to understand each individual and provide person-centered care with a difference. We also create activities to keep residents busy - as those with dementia are happiest doing the things they know best.

The dementia care home has 57 en-suite bedrooms, some of which benefit from their own attractive private garden and patio, and larger suites have separate seating areas. The many features include a cinema, a well-stocked library, sensory room to evoke the senses, hairdressing salon for those pampering moments and sensory gardens.

There is a fantastic team spirit and everyone is fully integrated into life at Claremont Court. Families are encouraged to become part of life at the home, from attending the many events to being able to visit at any time. The elegant lounge areas are a perfect place for families to enjoy Ritz-styled afternoon tea. While for special occasions, the chef will cater private dinner parties for residents.
