Ruskin Mill College operates a shared lives scheme. This is an arrangement where individuals and families in the local community (shared lives providers) offer accommodation and support for students. The college also provides staff to support people in team homes. All of the people supported by shared lives providers or staff within the team homes attend the college. Placements can vary in length and are dependent on the time spent enrolled at the college.
